Clicking on the print preview tab of a report in Crash Magic Online displays only a box with a red x.
Explanation
The print preview tab in Crash Magic contains an embedded PDF in the web page of the report created. If the web browser that is displaying the print preview tab does not contain the Adobe Reader plug-in or the plug in is corrupt the browser will not display the embedded PDF correctly. In these cases users will only see a box with a red x.
Solution
Install or repair the Adobe Reader plug-in on the web browser that is being used to display the print preview tab. The Adobe Reader plug-in can be found here.
