How to request access to ACIS data from Arizona DOT

Issue

Arizona DOT provides data to jurisdictions to use with Crash Magic. If you would like to request this data, you will need request access and fill out a contract with the DOT, that information is provided below.

Explanation

Contact Randy Reifsnyder at rreifsnyder@azdot.gov.

And send him the following document filled out and signed:
As well as the following information:
  • Office address (including city, state, and zip code)
  • Office phone number
  • Email address
  • Last 4 digits of SSN (used to verify your identity when you call the help desk to receive your password)

You will receive a “soft token” crypto card which is accessed through an app on your phone.

Solution

After completing the above process, you will also need to Open ticket or call customer service 602-712-7249 and provide RACF ID and request to be added to the GSG_SBC4_Local_Drive  Active Directory group. Once completed, this will enable you to see your local drive during your Citrix session, and this will allow you to download the files to your local machine.
