Solution

Pd’ Programming recommends that users create a PdMagic directory in the windows Programs Files directory. Then under the PdMagic directory we recommend that users create a MapMagic directory. The MapMagic directory is where the MapMagicCMO.dll should be saved. Here are the instructions for a standard 32 bit version of windows.

Open your default install location for programs.

1. Click Start/My computer.
2. Double click on the drive used to install programs to(In most cases this will be the C drive. Contact your IT department if you are unsure).
3. Double click the Program Files directory(If you are running a 64 bit version of windows click on the Program Files (x86) directory)

Create the new directories

1. Ensure that you are in the Program Files directory.
2. Right click in the directory window and select New/ Folder.
3. Enter PdMagic for the folder name.
4. Double click on the PdMagic directory.
5. Right click in the directory window and select New/ Folder.
6. Enter MapMagic for the folder name.

The Map Magic dll can be downloaded from the Crash Magic application.

1. Login to the Crash Magic Online web site.
2. You should be dropped on to the Crash Magic Online Home Page(If you were already logged in click on the house button near the upper right corner of the browser). 
3. Click on the Downloads tab.
4. Click on MapMagicCMO.dll.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Save the program to the MapMagic directory that you created in the previous section.

32 bit location-
C:Program FilesPdMagicMapMagicMapMagicCMO.dll

64 bit location-
C:Program Files (x86)PdMagicMapMagicMapMagicCMO.dll
