The registration information for Intersection Magic is stored in the windows directory. Some IT departments will prevent access to the windows directory. Intersection Magic will report this problem as the “The name/key is incorrect, or this trial has expired” when the information is entered. In these cases check the “Use centralized registration data” check box to store the registration information in the Magic directory.

The “Trial user” box should be left unchecked. The Trial user and Expires section are only for users that have contacted Pd’ Programming for a trial version to evaluate the software before purchase.
