X axis data bins

This box contains a list of all the bins to be filled by the chart.  Each bin has attributes as shown to the right of this box in the dialog.  By selecting a particular bin, the user may change the settings that affect it.  Each bin has a number and description.  The description is the same as the label field for that bin.
