Where it works

Filter checking is performed when creating a diagram, changing the settings while viewing a diagram, in the high accident locations report, the sliding spot, frequencies and any other report created by the program.  This means that if the filter: Type_Of_Coll = Rear_End is entered prior to performing a high accident location list, that list will only contain intersection counts for Rear end accidents.  The current filter at time of processing is always printed in the report header.
