What change streets is for

Many databases imported into Intersection Magic have misspelled street names.  When a street name is misspelled, it causes IMW to create a brand new street reference, and in order to identify accidents on that street, the incorrect spelling must be used.  This means that a diagram may be missing accidents due to some of the records containing misspelled street names. Change streets attempts to address this problem.
