Using change streets

Change streets is actually a fairly simple process.  It works as follows:

A file is created which identifies the changes to be made.
Change streets is run and the file above is specified as the street change file.
A log file is created indicating any errors encountered processing change streets called STCNG#.LOG.

The file used to specify the streets to change has the following format:

       One line per change.
Each change is described as a bad street name followed by a comma, followed by a good street name.
The number of spaces before and after the comma do not matter, they will be removed.
The good street name need not exist in the database.  If it is not there, it will be created.
If the bad street name does not exist, it is an error and will be reported in the log file.  Processing will occur on the other changes anyway.

The street names may be enclosed in quotes if desired.
