Swap streets

This should almost always be checked.  This switch tells the program to check intersection names both ways when searching for matching streets.  Broadway & Main St. will also be known as Main St. & Broadway when this box is checked.  If this box is not checked, street names must appear and be entered in the same order every time.  The default is for this box to be checked.  All previous versions of this software have swapped streets.  This option was added in order to allow the feature to be disabled for node configurations.
