Spline charts

The Spline chart is similar to Line, only that the lines curve to pass through each point or data marker.  This chart has several variations, in terms of how it can be displayed.  The variations below can be done through accessing the Options dialog box.

Description:

_bm41

Curve:  points or data markers are not shown in this chart.  This chart can be created by doing a curve chart and making sure that the Show points option is not checked in the Options / Series dialog boxes.

_bm42

Curve and Data Markers:  points or data markers are going to be shown in this chart.  To show the points in a Curve chart select Show points from the Options / Series dialog boxes.  These points can be displayed in several forms, rectangles, circles, triangles, marbles and cubes (3D-only).  Please refer to Point type on how to change the point forms.

_bm43

Show Values: at each vertex or data marker, the corresponding value of the point will be shown above that data marker.  Check the Show Values box from the Options / Series dialog boxes.  For more information on this topic Point type.

_bm44

3D Curve:  each curve will be drawn as a three-dimensional figure.  This option can be accessed from the toolbar or from the Options / 3D View dialog boxes.
