Source data files handled more generically

With data communications changing where data comes from, we've found that frequently data files are sent from machines which use different standards for end-of-line characters.  This version of Intersection Magic can be set to auto-detect the end-of-line character rather than specifying it manually.  For most users, this will become the default upon installation.

Some users have available  tab-delimited data rather than comma-delimited data.  In the past, this meant converting it to comma-delimited first.  This version now views tabs as valid delimiters during the import process.

Microsoft's Access program has a date/time field that outputs both date and time when exporting.  This version of the program properly parses this format when it is specified as either a date or a time in the program.  No special handling needs to be done for this field any more.
