Shareable files

IMW can share many, but not all of it's files on a network.  A number of files must be kept on a local machine.  The shareable files include all of the executable files, the Windows dynamic link libraries, and the help system.  The files that must remain local are all of the configuration files including the charts, schematics, scripts, and the tutorial files.  These files can be installed separately using the install program.
