Reset user list

In the event of a program crash while a database is open, it is possible that the list of current users is corrupted.  If this occurs, the next time a database modification (import, re-index) is attempted, the user will be told that the database is in use by another workstation.  To remedy this situation: make sure no one is running IMW on another machine; Close all diagrams on the current machine; Select this option and choose the .SEM file which corresponds to your database.  This will reset the users list to 0 readers and 0 writers.
