New diagram

New diagram allows you to create a diagram for an intersection with two given street names, or a corridor with mid-blocks or mile post numbers or nodes.  If you select two streets that do not intersect or an intersection or date range in which no accidents occurred, the intersection will be displayed without accidents and the number of accidents for that intersection will be indicated as zero.

If the Cross street name to be displayed becomes very slow, it's because it's calculating all of the Cross streets from the Primary street name already chosen.  You may wish to turn off this feature.  This can be done by editing the IMW.INI file, there will be a section for Diagram Settings and two lines CalcCrossStreets=TRUE andCalcCounts=TRUE, you want to set these to FALSE.
