Load accident record

This option will load an existing record in the database for viewing or editing.  The user will be prompted for the case id number.

There is also a list button which will fill a list box with all the case id numbers in the database.  This list box is located off the right side of the dialog and requires a high resolution monitor to view.  Simply resize the dialog box to be wider than it is.
