The Labels dialog box allows the user to define the text displayed for each slice or bar in the chart (referred to as "bins"), as well as the specific condition for an accident being counted in each particular bin. These values are given defaults based on the lookup file. The defaults include one bin for each possible value a field may have. In some cases it may be useful to group several values and call them "other", or to group several similar values. Complex charts may even be created which look at multiple fields and conditions. As an example of these more complex charts, look at the bins in the time and date-based charts provided with the program.
