Editing the Report File

A file called Clickon.Rpt determines the list of fields shown in this report.  The Clickon.Rpt file allows you to specify which fields you want in your individual report as well as the variable lengths for the full record view.  This report file can be edited by clicking on the Select fields button, and then by clicking Edit from the next box.

This is where you determine which fields are put into a report.  In this example we wish to edit the field list that comes up when you click on an accident to bring up the full record view.

On the left side of this box is the list of fields that are currently being used to bring up the list.  Using your mouse, or your arrow keys you can scroll down this list to view all of the fields.  On the right side is where you select the fields to add to the list on the left.

You can add or delete, or rearrange fields from this list.

To delete fields from the list simply highlight the field by clicking on it once, and then hit the delete line button at the bottom of the box.
To add a field to the list, select the field you wish to add on the right side by clicking on the down arrow and scroll to the field you wish to add and select it by clicking on it once with your mouse.  Then just hit the insert button to add it to the left side.
To rearrange the list of fields, click (and hold) the field name on the left side and drag it to the new position in the list.

The width of the field determines how many spaces to allow for the field information.  So if it's a field like Number of Injuries, you probably only need a few spaces for the width.  However if it's a field like Type of Collision, you will probably want the number of spaces to be a larger number to display more information.

Once your finished changing the fields, hit return, or click OK with your mouse to this box, and click OK to the field selection box, and your field changes will be reflected back in your individual record report.
