Distance groups

This control contains a list of values seperated by ";" semicolins.  If the current schematic contains areas for crashes that are closer or further from the intersection, this value determines the cutoff in feet or meters.  (using the distance field)  The default value of 50, when used with the normal.ara schematic means that all crashes occuring within 50 feet of the intersection will be displayed in the "close" group, while those further than 50 feet will be displayed in the "far" group, closer to the edge of the diagram.
