Database in use box

This box will appear if you are trying to write to the database and you have a diagram open, or someone else accessing the same database as you.  If this is actually not the case, then the program did not get exited properly in the past and a networking file did not get closed.  This box gives you the option of resetting that file. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU USE THIS OPTION THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A DIAGRAM OPEN OR SOMEONE ELSE ACCESSING THE DATABASE!  Selecting this option from this box is the same as selecting the Utilities, Network, Reset user list menu options.  For more information see Reset users list.
