Custom schematics

The program now enables you to create and modify your own custom schematics (ARA files).  These are the files that determine what the curb-lines look like, and where the individual crashes are placed.  As an example, if your data contains information about where a crash happened that is different than our normal methods (roundabouts, ramps, one-way streets) you can create custom schematics to represent these situations.  The program will even remember the last schematic used for each location you've been to!  There is an entire new chapter on schematics in this manual to handle the subject.
