Creating the configuration files:

In order to create the support files, all you need to do is select the NEW menu options for each of the files.  So, in order to create a new lookup file (.LUS), select the Utilities, Edit Config files, Lookups, New menu options.  It will ask you for a four letter name.  Type in CITY.  To create the Import definition file, select the Utilities, Edit Config files, Import definition, New menu options.  It will also ask you for a four letter name, give it the same one as the .LUS file.  The same process is done with the Changes file (.CNG), the Object Table file (.TBS), and the Draw data file (.DRD).  This process will create the following configuration files:
