By expanding the size of the data entry dialog box, additional controls will become visible. These are the advanced data entry controls.
Note/warning: The functions described below operate in such a manner as to allow other functions to remain active. Loading a record from a list is harmless, but saving records, closing the program, or other activities which may modify the database could pose problems if another process is still running. Use the "Stop" button to stop a process if you decide that you don't need it to complete all the way.
