Although this is not an specific chart type it is an important feature that you can apply to a bar, cube or hi-low-close chart, in which you can specify the number of sides in the base of the conic or cylindrical form type. These charts can also be used with MultiType chart to create awesome charts in your application.

Cylindrical (Base 8) chart: Although this sample is created using an octagon base, you can specify a range from 0-16 for the base of the cylindrical chart. To create this chart you must have two series selected and bar type created. Under the Options / Series have Multiple Types checked and Multiple shapes checked. Enter No. of Vertex as 8. Each series can have a different shape or color attached to it. |
