Condition

The condition field contains an expression that appears similar to a filter expression.  In fact they are the same.  Think of each bin, as having a one-line filter describing which accident should be added to it.  Each time an accident fits a bin description, that bin's count is increased.  No error checking is being performed on these expressions until the chart is generated.
