Compare to second DB

The "Compare to second DB" functions are used when two people are entering the same data and then comparing their entry for mistakes.  By specifying a second database name, and choosing one of the compare buttons, the program will compare one database against another.  All fields are compared and missing records are noted as well. (depending on which direction the compare operates on)

Once the records have been compared, a list of case id numbers is presented in the list box.  Double clicking on an item in this list loads the identical record into the main database.
As a record is loaded into the main database, a comparison is made on each of the fields in both records.  Differences are noted in the list box below the data entry fields.

In the event that the second database is correct, the record can be deleted from the main database and the entire record may be copied from the second database by selecting the "< add" button under the case id list.  If the record is missing from the main database, this function may be used to simply add the record as new.
