CLICKON.RPT

This file is a special .RPT file.  It has the same format as all of the .RPT files and can be used anytime a .RPT file is called for.  However its name is reserved to be used as the file which describes which data should be displayed when the user clicks on an accident in a diagram.  If this file does not exist, one will be created.
