At any time, pressing the F1 key will bring up the help system. Do this now. You should be at the help menu screen. Notice that you can search on a keyword that you may need help with. For example, if you select the index button you will be presented with a list of all the index keywords in the help system.
Note: The option "Help on Help" invokes the built-in help file on how to operate the Windows help system.
