A.  Install the program on the network drive

1.                Run the setup program from the install disk

2.                Check the "Install to Network Server" box

3.                To enable users to install the demo/tutorial, be sure the "install demo/tutorial files" box is checked

4.                Choose a network drive and directory.

5.                The install program will now copy all needed files to the shared directory.

6.                If any custom configurations are to be made available, they should also be installed to a sub-directory of the shared directory.  This is the default for the install program.

7.                Create a directory for the database.  This may be in the same tree as the program, or even on a different drive.  A common location is \magic\database.  This keeps the shared database separate from the the configuration files in the data directory.
