[Sort]

This section is used when the record parts need to be sorted.  This is typically used to sort by the vehicle number.  This allows the importer to differentiate between vehicle 1, 2 etc.  It can also assure that vehicle 5,6,etc. are moved to the bottom of the list of vehicles and their data not imported.  The data is sorted as text, not numbers.  If no sorting is needed, all of these values may be set to 0.
