Tells the program not to perform to following automatic processes:

Auto – ignores the auto directory as well as any filenames specified on the command line.  Also ignores the import directory.

Master updates – ignores the updating of files from the master directory.

Compiles – ignores out of date .lus/.luc files.  No compiles are performed.

Boxes – No dialog box prompts for errors or licenses are presented during the load process.
